We created a comprehensive strategy to meet Merlin Labs’ needs:
- Pop Up Store: We created a two-week Pop Up store offering curated gift packages. Employees could choose from three different packages, each containing a Marine Layer t-shirt paired with either a Nautica quarter-zip, a duffel bag, or a YETI tumbler.
- Branded Experience: To ensure recognition and reduce return rates, we used Merlin-branded packaging tape from their new hire kits, adding a personalized touch without increasing costs.
- Streamlined Ordering: The Pop Up store featured an easy-to-use ordering platform, ensuring 100% employee engagement without the need for HR to follow up.
- Efficient Fulfillment: PromoCentric managed the entire process from setup to shipping, ensuring the gift packages were kitted and delivered to individual homes by the end of December.
